If Your Upload Fails
Failed uploads are rare but do happen. Typically, these exceptions are due to the size of the upload. Try the below before reaching out to Raad:
1) Check your internet speed (fast.com) and continuity (Uptime Robot)
2) Clear cache and cookies
3) Use the most updatred version of Google Chrome browser
4) Chunk the upload into smaller pieces. e.g. if the total upload is 60GB, split into four 15-GB chunks.
5) Check your disk space. Uploads sometimes fail silently if the local disk is full. Do not upload directly from SD cards.
6) Once 1-5 have been checked, retry the upload. Raad's uploader removes duplicates automatically so don't worry about dumping identical copies of data.
