Stripe Connect
Raad pays pilots through Stripe Connect. You need a connected Stripe account before you can accept a mission or receive any payment. Set it up under Account → Payments → Connect with Stripe.
The Stripe onboarding flow collects:
- Bank account details for direct deposit
- Identity verification (SSN last 4 or full SSN depending on earnings)
- Address and date of birth
This is a one-time setup. Once connected, all future payments deposit automatically.
