How Much You Earn
Pilots will be remunerated per mission at the listed compensation, contignent upon full performance against all criteria. Raad rarely if ever remunerates pilots for hourly or daily wages. Pilots with higher ranks/reputations will have access to premium missions and pay while newer or underperforming pilots will have access to lower complexity and lower paid missions.
Pilot pay is calculated by pilots with drone contracting experience. Raad is determined to pay pilots a reasonable rate, but some missions may fall below your standards. All missions on Raad are opt-in, so you have no obligation to accept an offered pay rate.
